Founder and Managing Director

Hiren Shah is the Founder & Managing Director of Vertoz. He is a true marketing and business development visionary with over fifteen years of experience in the digital industry. He, along with his brother Ashish, carries a wealth of knowledge and expertise in building and motivating high performing teams.

Hiren is responsible for the external matters of Vertoz; building partnerships and broader business relationships, Government outreach and guiding other senior leaders on the business and policy fronts. His strong experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for the company makes him one of the chief architects behind the success of Vertoz.

Ashish Shah

Founder and CEO

As Vertoz’s Founder & CEO, Ashish is responsible for the leadership and direction of the company. He looks after the day-to-day operations, as well as leads the company’s product development and technology strategy.

For Ashish, the greatest reward is the daily thrill of working with a team that shares the same core values as him. He equips Vertoz with his profound technical knowledge of the digital industry, a keen eye for business, and an unquenchable craving for growth.

Ashish spearheads the company’s strategic vision and growth in providing state-of-the-art services.

Gaurav Modi

Vice President – MadTech

Gaurav is a part of the wonderful Business Development Team here at Vertoz. He brings enormous value to the organization, with his exhaustive work experience of 10+ years in the ad-tech industry.

He has been associated with Vertoz since the time of its inception and has helped build the entire business from ground zero. He is passionate about closing new business deals smoothly, thereby bringing in tremendous growth for the organization.

Throughout the span of his career, he has had the opportunities to network with the industry experts and to be the face of his organization at various international conferences. His forte lies in business development, client servicing, video ads, search and contextual business and social media ads.

Before joining Vertoz, he had been associated with organizations like Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL). At HUL, he worked with well-established and global brands and helped them to onboard multiple clients in a short period of 5 months. He has always strived to overachieve his targets and has found success with it.

Apart from his work, he is most likely to be found playing cricket on the field or enjoying a live game in a stadium. He is also an avid reader and a zealous explorer.

Yatin Shah

Vice President – CloudTech

With over 20+ years of hands-on experience in the Cloud and IT industry, he is a seasoned professional known for expertise in driving innovation, leading transformational initiatives, and delivering impactful solutions to complex business challenges. Yatin is associated with Vertoz since long and has experience in all the departments with overall business development. He is actively involved with several NGOs and is deeply passionate about contributing to society in meaningful ways.

Satyaprakash Mishra

Sr. Director – Engineering

Satyaprakash Mishra or SP as fondly addressed here, spearheads the Technology & Systems Infrastructure at Vertoz along with one of its entities – IngeniousPlex. With over 13 years of exhaustive experience in IT industry and 10+ years in Product Development for Digital Advertising industry, he truly adds compelling value to the organization. His core expertise and interest lies in Machine Learning and Data Analysis.

Kenneth C. Wisnefski

Founder / CEO – Webimax

Ken is a seasoned web entrepreneur and a respected leader in the online marketing industry. He leads WebiMax, a Vertoz-acquired company. Prior to founding WebiMax, Ken was the CEO and founder of VendorSeek.com, a business-to-business marketplace.

Sean O’Donnell

CTO / Principal – Webimax

Sean leads technology and product at WebiMax, a Vertoz-acquired company. He originally started his career in sales and advanced into Business Development for an IT consulting firm, bringing that experience to WebiMax’s growth.

Ed Cilurso

VP of Operations – Webimax

With more than 17 years at WebiMax, Ed has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s operations. He continues to lead operations at WebiMax as part of the Vertoz family.

Nitesh Shah

Nitesh Shah, is the Business Head at QualiSpace Web Services Pvt Ltd, has over 20 years of experience in the cloud solutions field. His journey is marked by a strong focus on making things better, working more efficiently, and building great relationships with other businesses. Nitesh knows the digital world inside and out, which helps him lead companies through the complex world of cloud technology with ease.

He has played a crucial role in helping our company grow and achieve its goals, guiding us to become a leading name in the cloud services industry. Nitesh’s ability to think ahead and lead with insight has taken our company to new levels of success.

Outside of work, Nitesh is a forward-thinker who loves to dive into the latest in technology, spend time reading, and have meaningful conversations that spark new ideas. He believes in working together and sharing knowledge, which is key to how he leads. Shashank excels in ad space selling, Google AdSense, ad networks, affiliate marketing, content discovery, and ad exchanges, with a strong focus on audience segmentation and native advertising.

K K Ranga has over 15 years of experience leading digital marketing and media businesses. He has successfully headed multiple ventures, driving growth through data-driven strategies, media planning, and marketing technology.
